Unshakable Calm Retreat

Nov. 5 - 8, 2026 at Elohee Retreat Center

Sunset over a mountain landscape with trees, a fire pit area with chairs, and a dirt path in a garden setting.

If you’re a woman 40+ who…

  • is ready to stop feeling endlessly tossed between work/life demands

  • wants to learn how to tap into the core calm that’s always within you - while you’re at work, at home, and everywhere in between

  • is aching to release pent up tension, soothe your nervous system & feel like a whole YOU again…

The Unshakable Calm Retreat is made for you.

This isn’t about giving up your ambition.

It’s about building the internal steadiness and calm strength to support your ambition without burning out.

You deserve this.

Drop all the tasks.

Remove all the hats you wear and step out of the roles you fill for a short while.

Shift from feeling tired and wired to feeling powerfully calm & steady, ready and able to enjoy each day with a little more ease.

And return Unshakably Calm.

Three women pose outdoors near trees, dressed in workout clothes, smiling, with one holding a rolled-up yoga mat.
A smiling Black woman with natural hair in a loose updo, wearing a headband, earrings, and a ring, outdoors with soft light, touching her neck gently with her right hand.

This is not your typical retreat

It’s not a passive spa weekend.

Nor is it purely a leadership seminar.

We’re blending nervous system regulation, embodied leadership, and deep restorative practices that support wellbeing across your whole life.

We’ll incorporate - gentle yoga, mindful breath work & have honest conversations about navigating demanding careers & competing priorities.

You’ll learn - how to include simple mini practices & tools in your daily routines so you can set boundaries without guilt, speak your truth without hesitation, fill your seat at the table without doubt.

Plus your registration includes one month of follow-on support

Here, calm isn’t just a mood.

It’s a skill. A practice. Your new baseline.

You’ve worked hard to earn your place…

In spaces where women are still treated like outsiders and expected to prove themselves.

You navigate scrutiny, double standards, and the quiet pressure to be…

capable, and likable

confident, but not too much

strong, but never difficult.

And when your workday ends, your responsibilities often keep going.

This retreat is where you step back to honor your needs and learn ways to shed the stress that builds up from carrying all that while also care giving, managing your life & relationships.

This retreat is for women 40+ who…

  • find themselves answering emails at 10 PM, mentally replaying hard conversations and pushing through exhaustion just to keep going

  • carry the mental and emotional load of leadership, decision-making, and responsibility

  • feel the strain of staying composed at work while being underestimated, ignored and interrupted

  • are tired of holding it all together without the space to recalibrate

  • are ready to close the laptop at 5 PM, enjoy a relaxing evening and finally get a good night’s sleep on the regular

  • want to learn how to embody calm power, not just embrace the idea, but own it as a finely honed skill

  • want real, lasting relief without fantasizing about running off to Tahiti or just quitting everything midweek

Why Now?

This stage of life calls for an approach to leadership and wellbeing that works with your nervous system, not against it.

The Unshakable Calm Retreat offers the pause most women never give themselves plus the tools to carry that calm forward so it becomes your natural way of being…

Not someday. Not when things slow down.

Now…

while you get to choose how you want to want to lead, live & enjoy this life you’ve worked so hard to build.

After retreat support

We know first hand how it feels to come home from retreat feeling excited and renewed, with a clear plan and confidence to put new habits into action, and then have life pitch you a curve ball (or 5) that sets you off course immediately.

That’s why we’re including a month of follow on support for you after you get home, with the option for ongoing support.

Because we want to help you stay on track and keep strengthening your Unshakable Calm for the long term.

For one month after your retreat you’ll receive:

  • Two live virtual group coaching calls - we’ll discuss what’s working, what’s not, what you want to refine & how

  • Weekly touch points messaged directly to you, including…

    • simple, short practices to shed stress, release tension & armor up for your day

    • practical strategies for navigating the mine field of female leadership

  • After this first month, we invite you to continue as a member of our 6 month group support cohort.

Yes, you can make the time.

Honestly, don’t you need to make time for this?

If you feel like you need permission, or are feeling the tug to apply, just not sure how you’ll fit it in, those are good signs, you’re in need of this retreat.

Because the world needs you yes, but it needs you rested, refreshed, restored - not depleted, resentful and burnt out.

And the world will be there when you return. The team you support and people you care for want you, no they need you, to take time to replenish and care for yourself.
