An Overview of Our Weekend Schedule
Thursday evening arrive, share a meal, and ease into the experience with a grounding stretch and guided relaxation.
Friday & Saturday
Begin with yoga & meditation followed by breakfast.
Mornings and afternoons include guided conversations, reflective leadership work, and practices designed to help you regulate, restore and rebuild.
There is time throughout for rest and self-care, whether that means a hike, massage or simply quiet time to exhale and enjoy a cup of tea.
Evenings include: shared meals, casual chats and relaxation.
Sunday morning we’ll close with our morning practice, reflection, and a final circle before a late morning departure. You’ll head home feeling grounded, unshakably calm & equipped with simple tools to bring you back to your strong, steady, core calm when life gets chaotic.

That’s why we’re including a month of follow on support for you after you get home, with the option for ongoing support.
